Raising start-up costs for an herbal nursery growing lavender, basil, rosemary, etc. Herbs will be used to make culinary & beauty products.
Project Description
- At home non-cannabis herbal nursery growing herbs such as lavender, basil, rosemary, etc. to be sold at farmers markets and used to create additional bath & body, culinary, and homeopathic remedies.
- Funds raised will be used for nursery start up costs (i.e. grow tents, lights, timers, soil, pots, starter plants), base materials for products (rock salt, sugar, glass containers, olive oil, vinegar, soap base, label materials, etc.)

5-Year Plan. Year 1: Start-up, initial harvest, product development, sell at local farmer's markets & online (www.northcoastherbs.org) Year 2: Expand to State Festivals/Fairs/Tradeshow Year 3: Expand Product Line Year 4: Move into Larger Production Space Year 5: Open retail space
