No Limbits - Accessible Clothing for All

Hi, my name is Erica and I founded No Limbits, an adaptive apparel brand with the mission of increasing comfort, confidence, and independence in those who struggle with clothing due to a disability. 

I started No Limbits out of a personal need. Nothing would fit over my my prosthesis after losing my leg in 2018. I starting altering my clothes on a sewing machine and soon I was altering clothing for people in my amputee community. This snowballed as more and more people with a variety of clothing challenges asked me to help them make their clothing more accessible. 

Now, No Limbits is a ready-to-wear brand for people of all needs. We're a small but mighty team of five and we're experts in Universal Design - a methodology that recognizes that when you design for people with disabilities as part of the process, you end up with an easier product for everyone to use.  But don't take our word for it. Now we need your help. Our newest product is perhaps the most innovative yet: a jacket that was designed by and for people with limited use of their hands and arms. And in true Universal Design fashion, we created the easiest jacket in the world for anyone to use.

Featuring a one-handed auto-aligning zipper with custom large zipper pull, magnetic self-closing placket, removable fitted hood, and PFAS-free Durable Water Resistant (DWR) materials, this packable, soft, warm, three-season jacket will leave you wondering why all jackets aren't designed this way. We specially shaped the shoulder, which eliminated seams that can leak heat and at the same time made it easier to get on with less range of motion. The stiff rain brim will keep you dry and special magnetic hood snaps keep it on even in the strongest wind. It packs down to the size of a Nalgene and weighs in at just 1.3 lbs.  Strong enough for the adventurer and stylish enough for a night on the town, this is truly peak adaptive apparel.
