Loc’d n Naturally, respectfully presents this application for your review. My name is Kimberley Napoleon, and I’m the CEO of Loc’d n Naturally. While experiencing homelessness, I understood the importance not to lose my beauty, more importantly, helping the tenants not to lose confidence within themselves, as I did their hair. This is what started Loc’d n Naturally. Our mission is to provide a thriving experience to all the recurring and new clients. This generous gift will allow us to purchase online marketing services, materials, products, and additional assistance to promote our Giveback projects. We are working on a beauty giveback project called “Naturally YOU”, where we give school aged kids an opportunity to get their hair, makeup, and nails done by Loc’d n Naturally. These services are complimentary for children that are in need of these services for a special occasion (such as graduations, prom, and homecoming) or just to be honored for great behavior or accomplishments.

According to National Alliance on Mental Illness 1 in 5 US adults and children experience mental illness each year, and suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10-34 in the US. According to World Health Organization, each year, 25% of the European population suffer from depression or anxiety.

Beauty services, such as the ones in our giveback projects, are known to decrease these Mental Illness. This is why Loc’d n Naturally offer these projects complimentary to the people in need.

Founded in 2018, Our mission is to provide topics of interest and relevance to clients to help them reawakening their beauty.

In summary, an ongoing partnership with the administrator would directly benefit our diligence towards the project. With limited marketing presence, Loc’d n Naturally doesn’t have the ability to be more resourceful as we should to make the community a better place.
