My Therapy Kit

My Therapy Kit is a therapist approved and curated toolkit that addresses common issues that lead people to seek therapeutic services.  

• Our mission is to increase access and expand reach through purposeful self-help and self-care interventions. We aim to break stigmas, debunk myths, and ideas about what therapy is and how you can get it; while helping you to live a more fulfilling and happier life. 

More than ever people need support and support looks different from person to person. Many people (especially minorities) are still very hesitant to seek support for a variety of reasons. My Therapy Kit provides support through a non-threatening manner while allowing individuals to "test the waters" in order (in some cases) to help them decide if this is a pool they want to swim in. 

My Therapy Kit also serves as a cost-effective supplement and/or maintenance option for traditional therapy.  My Therapy Kit is NOT a REPLACEMENT to traditional therapy but it works as an introduction, addition, and support tool. Each kit has specific themes and resources within them that are proven effective in addressing the identified theme.

My experience as a therapist has helped me realize that traditional talk therapy is just not enough for most people and that there needs to be some extra "seasoning" added in order for individuals to get the most delicious and satisfying results.                  

And that's why My Therapy Kit was created and had to be shared with YOU, so YOU can get what YOU need for YOURSELF without breaking the bank or feeling stigmatized; motivating YOU to embark on your journey to the BEST VERSION OF YOU!

SO I know what you are thinking, this is awesome...how can I help....where do I sign up :) Trust me I got you:) 

Let just share why I need your help. I am a one-woman show with a deep passion and desire to help the masses but I can not do it alone. I am requesting support to purchase supplies and for marketing (you know stand on mountain tops shouting "Therapy Kits-Get Your Therapy Kits"). I am but one woman with a dream and a vision; who deeply appreciates your assistance!
