The handmade candles are carefully crafted with various fresh flower petals and natural soy wax. Packaged in a yellow gold container, this candle adds a unique presence to any room in your residence or to a desk or shelf in an office space.

I launched the Motivation Boutique/All Mei Collection as a stem from my coaching brand Coach Mei. I wanted to offer to others what I once needed. I wondered how many people felt like me. How many people out there just needed a push, some type of inspiration or a little motivation, someone to empower them when they could not do it for themselves. I became what I needed and decided to share it with the world. I became Motivation, I became Empowerment and I became Inspiration. Outside of empowering my clients, I decided to offer a collection that will exemplify my message. I created products they can wear, take into their homes and even gift to others.

The candle-making process is very therapeutic to me. It grounds me. As an OIF Army Veteran, many of us have insomnia and to combat that I made candle-making my late-night hobby. On the nights I cannot sleep I find a nice playlist, turn on the music and I turn my workspace into a therapeutic lab. 

My collection includes apparel, home decor, and natural beauty products such as fragrance, body oils, and soap. My T-shirt line has been very effective in making positive statements with quotes such as “Men Have Standards Too” I created this shirt for men so they know they do not have to settle for less than the best. Normally it is women who promote their standards and I want men to know it’s okay to set a standard as well. “Enjoying My Singleness” I created this shirt for women to let them know that you do not have to wait for a companion to enjoy life and I want others to know that you do not have to be miserable while you wait. “Yes I am Single” was created to be an icebreaker for shy women or men who fear asking a woman are you single? The shirt does all of the work. Overall I want my items to make people feel good, smell good, and be in a good state mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Visualization is so important which is why I created handmade products to wear, to take in your home, and to hang on your wall. My goal is to drown out the negativity with positivity. 

All Mei is short for “All Motivation Empowerment & Inspiration. 

The funding will be used to strengthen my team. I currently use freelancers and independent contractors to assist me as needed. I have been self-funded up until this point, with no loans, grants, or investors. I laid the foundation alone but I need help so that I can help more people. I am in need of capital to hire full-time employees, trademarks, insurance, further development of course curriculums. I would love to hire a staff of mental health workers for those who need therapy. This funding will help me to hire staff, enhance the company’s social presence, launch a marketing campaign to drive revenue.  My end goal is to open a center and a mobile motivation truck, instead of food, I will be able to offer services needed in remote locations and events in the central Florida area. My products and services are becoming more reputable by the day. I offer luxury products and quality service. At the end of the day, people want results they want to experience change and our company has proven to give both results and change. 

I am a proud native of Magee, Mississippi. Widely known as a U. S. Army Combat veteran, McNair served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2002.

Interestingly, she delved off into a stint in ministry a little more than a decade ago during which she officially accepted her spiritual calling when she was ordained in 2009.

McNair’s kingdom-based contributions are such that she has become a fixture for ministering and serving in a variety of facets throughout the Body of Christ. 

Aside from her valiant presence in ministry, McNair is a crafty actress who once studied acting for film at the historic New York Film Academy in Hollywood, California. 

To her credit, she has been afforded the golden opportunity to write, direct, and perform in her stage play production entitled, “It’s Well Worth The Wait.”

Then in 2017, McNair had ultimately found her niche in the ever-so-competitive authorship industry when she witnessed the much-anticipated release of her first written work entitled, “Impatiently Waiting.” 

Much to her delight, she would eventually follow that up with her sophomore written document entitled, “Behind the Scenes Of Success,” which was released in December 2017.

Her third book, “On The Road To Recovery,” is an awe-inspiring project that is dedicated exclusively to veterans, particularly those who are battling PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Besides having emerged as a gifted author, McNair has played integral roles in having written, directed, and produced the upcoming film entitled, “Team Single: May The Best Man Win” and she boasts lofty aspirations of becoming a household name, of sorts, most notably in globally-acclaimed theater arts and entertainment industries.

Interestingly, McNair has served as a community activist for Nuevo Sendero Incorporated, a community-based organization whose strategic mission includes — but isn’t limited to — helping women who are victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

In addition, McNair serves fervently with Jesus The Light of Light Outreach, Inc., a Christian-based organization that is committed to helping women and children in need, as well as focusing on meeting the needs of residents in the Central Florida area.

The proud founder of “Women of the Hour” organization — which has since been renamed “The Remnant Unveiled” — McNair has been able to extend a wide range of support and resources to men and women, particularly as it relates to self-development, relationships, marriage, and family.
