Monae Tucker, founding CEO and hospitality executive. My mission and duty purpose has called me to renovate and design the standard of hospitality in motelery as I set the bar to industry keepings. My team and I have set to purchase ran down motels and revive them to quality standard and community. There are so many low valued and outdated motels due to cheap effort and hospitality design of motels on the industry itself, yet the demand of low cost & budge stay is high in the travel industry. We must keep the industry at a state of art of historical destinations across the world. The market is profitable with the perfect hospitality team to renovate and redesign the name. Motels are already small occupancy room designs, so full house occupancy is easily attractive in even the smallest town motel. The return rate and pre planned trip stay is the future of the billion dollar business design. We are in love with the boutique and old town luxury style that is incorporated and we plan to keep a unique touch and sensibility of new adventure  in the communities we design. 

To bring awareness to the project, we are eventually opening a historical museum of the state of art motel aesthetic as well as displaying the future of the market in the gallery. The museum will be a world destination for adventurers tourists and industry lovers as we raise the capital for the project to connect to as many motels as possible. The art of the unique bedding, motels sign, pool vibes and front door parking is what will prosper the eye of the typical travelers to cherish the new design of the market of motelery. Luxury on a budget is the real name of motels. We are seeking $10,000 to get the museum gallery open to the community and would love for you to contribute to an economic impact olin the nature of travel and tourism. Motel Revival is a YouTube Premier that will be filmed and broadcast to the world to follow along as we take on the project of motel revival as we wanted to bring the community and viewers through the process as well as create the perfect marketing opportunity to send the message of renewal for motels. Motel Revival is a fun, hard working environment that will be super pleasing to the community and we can't wait to show what we have planned.  We can expect high occupancy rates and a huge return on the investment with the renovation and entertainment of the Project itself. To fund this project we are seeking 1.5 million dollars to cover the property cost, renovation, marketing, design, and grand opening of the first two properties we have. We are located in the heart of Wisconsin Haywood and Seven Oaks Tx taking on two properties both at a total cost of about $500,000. This is a family project that will be put to focus by dedicated business friendly passion drivers that get the job done. We have 4 leading team members that are the face of Motel Revival. We are super excited to partner and standardize the market and we can't wait to see the result we have in action.

We have so much in store uniquely for the motel industry update we can't wait to get the hard hats going. Our economic turnaround in employment for motels will increase but the more hospitality more guests and greater revenue. As I mission to redesign the industry and hospitality nature of the ran down lodging, My passion to standardize the luxury of its greatest potential comes from a childhood of hospitality, working in hotels fresh out of high school and now pursuing my master's degree in business management, specializing in hospitality management.
