Microdoses of Wellness

Keisean Raines, the creator of So Hum Wellness, the organizer of Rooted and the Rooted Collective is a Queer woman, former tech-sales guru turned Writer, Author, Intuitive Speaker, Holistic Healer, Lifestyle Coach and Business Consultant.

We live in a world that is inundated with overstimulating, stress-inducing social practices that are leading us into an epidemic of mental illness, and other health disorders.  One of the methods of developing resilience and healing the body on a deeper level is through holistic health practices. At So Hum Wellness, we help busy people achieve their wellness, business and creative  goals, by spotlighting their focus in a holistic way.

In the Microdosing Wellness program, led by the So Hum Wellness Collective, we will bring LGBTQ+ and BIPOC creative freelancers, consultants, and soulpreneurs together to collaboratively develop habits and rituals that support sustained personal and professional fulfillment.

We will work together to create an individualized plan to better process our emotions, deepen our self compassion, and strengthen our self awareness so that we can transfer this self knowledge into our entrepreneurial best practices. We create spaces with people doing the work of emotional healing and growth to develop a practice of breathwork, meditation and mindfulness so that we can better process our emotions, deepen our self compassion, and gain a better understanding of ourselves.

These strategies will amplify our “mindset of value” on the equitable pricing of our services, content, and products that make us feel sustained and reciprocated. Our collaborations will provide you a secure and safe space to explore your value, create well-defined personal and creative goals, and accountability frameworks so that you can have a greater impact on the people we serve.

We can reach a diverse audience comprised of creative freelancers, small business developers, corporate employees and students who are looking for healthier ways of living that are both practical, impactful and timely.

Keisean Raines, the Calm Coach, and creator of So Hum Wellness and the SHW Collective, brings creative freelancers, consultants, and soulpreneurs together.  Using Microdoses of the modalities of Amatra Meditation, Channeling Positive Affirmations and Intuitively Guided Writing to cultivate healing for others through Lifestyle Coaching. Her intention is to bring the practices of breathwork, mediation and mindful wellness habits into the lives of underserved communities in the effort to create a world that is healthy, wealthy and wise.

As a result of our Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Spiritual Business Consulting, clients improve their business IQ, embrace a sense of peace while increasing earning potential through the implementation of strategic business planning.

We are seeking funding to expand our reach to connect with the LGBTQ+ communities of creative freelancers, consultants and soulprenuers doing work that heals from a spiritual level.  Our intention is to invest funds to expand our team of ONE to a develop a larger collective professionals in the business of healing; who will provide service, support and resources to those who are seeking a better understanding of how to develop heart-centered, humanity-focused programs and services to those in need.
