Mental Health Healing through Music

I started this campaign because I feel a calling to create an event for people suffering from mental health issues to come together, heal through music, make connections, and find tools to help them in their mental health journey.  I have suffered with anxiety and depression and everything in between for the past two years and my vice has been music.  Music is undeniably healing.  

I feel through this event people can gain connections, friendships, and gain tools to help them in their journey.  For people to come together with others that may be suffering from the same things and see that it's okay to not be okay.  For people to come together and express their feelings and thoughts in a safe place.  

The funds from this campaign will go towards marketing the event, bands, speakers, and food trucks.  I would love nothing more for the remaining proceeds to go back to my community's non-profit mental health organizations to continue helping people on their journey!
