A hard worker with a dream!
Over 20 years ago, I moved from El Salvador to the U.S. and put in long hours, sometimes 15 hours a day, to build a better life. Now I am starting my own janitorial company called Spotless Mission, where others can follow their dreams.
As a woman who has always worked hard, and now as a business owner, I hope to inspire my daughter, Melissa. I want to show her the amazing things women can do.
Time to share my dream with others
I have maintained a business complex for over 13 years and have learned what it takes to keep multiple buildings clean and safe. I also learned that a good manager makes a big difference in how well a team works and feels.
So, I want to make sure our team at Spotless Mission feels important, happy, and ready to do great work. I'm excited to work with everyone who joins me, helping each other succeed.
Ready to make dreams come true
Spotless Mission is based in Virginia, and we're going to provide janitorial services for corporate complexes in the busy area around Washington, D.C. We plan to employee about 50 people within our first year.
I'm bringing my know-how and my contacts with building owners to the table, which means Spotless Mission has a great chance to “clean up” in this market.
This is a big deal because janitorial services in this area could make $1.2 billion in 2024.
