Making Healthcare Great again!

Hello, my name is Shavonna Robinson I am a Licensed Practical Nurse in NC ,I’ve been a nurse going on 10 years and have worked for several Nursing homes and Assisted Living Facilities in my local area. I began working in healthcare as a Certified Nurse Assistant and Medtech for about 4 years so in all I have about 15 years experience in the medical field. In all these years I’ve never seen the quality of standards fall so low as they are now and it’s heartbreaking to me. The mission or overall goal of this staffing agency is to bring back Compassion and High Quality patient care to the local facilities that the Agency serves. So we’re not just going provide these facilities with “warm bodies” we’re going to ensure demand the patients receive exceptional care from our employed staff and in return we’ll also nurture and support our employees and provide great incentives for their hard work. The employees will have a voice, this aspect is essential. This is the reason for the company name “Wings”symbolize the freedom/support and resources for the Employees and “Halo” symbolizes the Exceptional Care the agency will provide to the facilities we service. Please help me to “make healthcare great again “ one facility at a time . I could go on and on about the quality of patient care some places are receiving due to the lack of compassion for the sick and elderly it’s truly sad . A patient told me  “ I can’t believe I worked so hard for over 40 years to give up my whole retirement check to this place and be treated like this”. she had tears in her eyes it was then that I knew I had to do something Different.. thank you for your consideration and anything will be appreciated.
