Project Description
There are so many life stressors that causes us to lose focus of ourselves which leads us to putting our self-care and health on the backburner. The Covid pandemic has taught us how poor health can lead to life threatening consequences and while adding more panic and worry to our mental health and we lack a safe space that can provide both.
Women deal with many reproductive health issues that can be debilitating as well as life threatening but are commonly misdiagnosed. The most common reproductive issues in women are: Endometriosis, Fibroids, & PCOS.
“1 in 10 U.S. women between ages 15 and 44 live with endometriosis. It takes the average woman 7.5 years to get a correct diagnosis of endometriosis. Hispanic, African American, and Black women are less likely to be diagnosed with endometriosis compared to white women.” "Misperceptions about uterine fibroids and the treatments available often lead women to undergo invasive and potentially unnecessary surgery for their fibroids”. “Women with PCOS are often insulin resistant; their bodies can make insulin but can’t use it effectively, increasing their risk for type 2 diabetes”
Providing a space of services that provides luxury services for self-care, preventative measures, & advocacy. Our Massage services are range from therapeutic to goal focused body work. Our certified nutritionist helps with consultation based on your goals and needs to ensure a lifestyle plan to help prevent avoidable issues.

When will your doors be open?

Can we share our massage packages with another person?
- Yes, if you chose a reward that involved multiple sessions, it can be shared between two people.

- Decompression session (this is a service where you come in, leave your problems at the door, and can set the mood, music, and sit in our massage chair while you drink your herbal tea, journal, etc. This is to create a grounded mental space to make better decisions and decrease stress)
