As an inspirational lifestyle brand our mission is to love, light, and inspire all globally to destroy discouragement, disappointment, and negative images in society.

We seek to destroy discouragement, disappointment, and negative images in society by offering online inspirational content, apparel, accessories, and books etched with inspiring messages of hope and love.  

Our 3 sub-brands are:

• Inspirational Products (apparel, accessories, and home décor),

• Books and Online Courses

• Coaching

We also exist to educate and inspire others to transform their mindset to create and increase opportunities to live more passionate and purposeful lives by offering motivational online courses. Furthermore, we build and elevate social media exposure for entrepreneurs through social media coaching services.  Our business coaching services equips entrepreneurs with the essentials to take a business from a novel idea to legitimate creation.

Hey! As founder of JMS Inspired! I revel in being a mom of one handsome 7 year-old little man, a travel specialist, former educator and entrepreneur. 

My life has been a roller coaster ride with many ups and downs.  I struggled with apathy in my teaching career, leading to depression and increased anxiety.  But, JMS Inspired! brings life's moments full circle for me. 

For over 10 years I was dissatisfied and disillusioned as an educator and tried unsuccessfully for many years to get out of the teaching profession.

I even amassed 6 figure loan debt obtaining a Master's degree magna cum laude in another field as my "ticket out of teaching" but still stayed in the profession.  Fear kept me stuck. But getting closer to God, having more faith, and my passion to live a life of purpose delivered and inspired me to start JMS Inspired! 

Furthermore, I ran with my passion to write, speak, help and motivate others, and transformed it into an inspirational lifestyle brand.  Now, I am fully present to assist and inspire others to suceed and change their mindsets personally and professionally.

I am to "Love, Light & Inspire" for countless others in the kingdom globally by providing inspiration through motivational content and products.

THE PROBLEM

 

With such a sizeable segment of our general population and our Gen X and Gen Y target audience suffering from anxiety and depression, we have a huge opportunity to love, light, and inspire all globally to destroy discouragement, and disappointment with our inspirational apparel, accessories, books, and coaching services.

We aim to combat negative images in society, especially those prevalent in social media.  Some negative images include derogatory and offensive language and images on social media.

 

OUR SOLUTION

 

 

WHAT WE WILL DO WITH THE FUNDING?

 

We are seeking funding because: 

 

• The founder of JMS Inspired! used her personal savings to fund and operate the business.
• Now, monies to fund the business are nearly depleted. We are continuously adding products for sale, however there are little funds in existence to pay for marketing campaigns to promote products. 
• Our website is up and running with products and free consultation services, but sales are still very low.

 

We will use the funds to:

 

1. Cover monthly business expenses

rent, utilities, healthcare, printing and office supplies, website maintenance

 

2. New product development and design to expand the scope of our brand and create new inspirational products such as jewelry, hoodies, more tshirts and wall art and prayer journals

 

3. Hire freelancers to upgrade and enhance our business website for improved performance and search engine optimization

 

4. Hire a freelance social media manager to manage our social media accounts, push content to our social media accounts and engage with followers
 

5. Order more products in each collection for influencers and giveaways to promote on social media channels and for models to wear in a professional photo shoot.

 

6. Hire a photographer for a professional photoshoot with models wearing our inspirational apparel and hats

 

a. Photos are needed to replace the generic photos of models wearing our apparel and accessories on our website now.  

 

b.Photos from the photoshoot will replace current photos on our website and to promote our apparel on our social media pages and paid social media marketing ads.

 

7. Pay for an online course program to help us properly launch our online course (i.e. Danielle Leslie's Couse From Scratch).

 

8. Pay for a membership with an online course hosting platform such as Teachable, Thinkific or Udemy that will host our social media and business online courses once they are completed (courses are currently in development). 

 

9. Social media marketing ad campaigns to market aggressively online with paid ads on Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads and televsion ads

 

10. Hire a freelance designer to assist the founder with developing new inspirational t-shirts, hoodies, jewelry and hats

 

11. Trademark our business name JMS Inspired! and business tagline "Love, Light, Inspire"
