Hello there! My name is Kiera Matheny, and I'm the proud owner of Little Grizzly PlayCafe. I started this small business with an absolute passion for creating a fun and vibrant community space for families in Wadsworth. At Little Grizzly, we believe in the power of community. It's not just a play cafe; it's a place where parents, caregivers, and kids come together to connect, grow, and have fun. As a mother myself, I understand the need for a safe and engaging environment where children can learn and play while parents enjoy some well-deserved peace, a short distance from home. Our soft indoor playground is designed for infants and toddlers, a place where little ones can build social skills and create precious little memories. As we are seeking funding to fuel the growth and development of my startup, ensuring it can reach its full potential and offer valuable solutions to our target audience. We are a black and woman-owned business focused on family and community. Kiera Matheny is a mother of five. Little Grizzlies PlayCafe combines her love for children adventure, community and parties. Raising 5 children in Wadsworth, Kiera has had first-hand experience in understanding what children and parents need when it comes to spaces where both are accepted and included.

What age group do you service?
We target crawlers-6 years old, however we do have events and camps where we take children up to 8 years old.
