Lioness: She is Clothed in Strength & Dignity

• Lioness is a nonprofit organization providing access to quality styled clothing to women in shelters and in need. Clothing for future job interviews, professional attire, basic needs and that brings forth confidence and true worthiness.

• Serving as a creative wellness space with resources to healing workshops, mentorship and shared community. Giving platform to women to share their stories expressively and uniquely to empower the beauty of their voice.

• The key goals of Lioness centers on four parts: providing quality clothing as a resource to women in need, capturing and documenting their stories to uplift their voice, building individual and collective strength through community (workshops, counseling, mentorships, art therapy, irl events) and working alongside women shelters and domestic violence organizations for advocacy. Funding will help bring the heart and mission of Lioness into fruition. Providing a physical space, funding for start up costs and projects and building a collection of resources. 

• Workshops led by Art therapist, women leaders, counselors, mentors on themes of inner healing and worthiness. Financial and helpful resources to aid single mothers and their children, survivors of domestic violence and abuse, and women in need. Resources to employment, building businesses, and securing financial stability.
