Project Description
The Light House is a healing environment that has all of the comforts of home with none of the stress.
Our LB&B's will have private suites, not one will be designed the same. A lovely common space for our guests to share. And, a beautiful eat in kitchen where Breakfast is made fresh and delivered every morning.
Our LB&Bs will be located or built near a beautiful body of water to fix our brand Light B&B perfectly.
Our LB&Bs will always be close to shopping, stores, cafes and restaurants.
Our LB&B's will be a place where play is promoted and fun is at the fingertips for everyone. This is an escape from home and they will wish they could stay a little bit longer.

- What is Light B&B? Light B&B is a unique bed and breakfast that you will be able to enjoy in different states around the US and always near water.
- Who owns Light B&B? Light B&B is owned by PMP Fambiz LLC which is a family owned business. Patricia Scott and her sons Mitchell and Patrick.
- How is Light B&B different from Air BnB? Light B&B will own every property that they operate from. You will never have to worry about if the space you booked will be available to you. No matter how far you travel you can rest assure that someone will be there to greet you with a smile and a key to your suite.
- How is Light B&B different from other bed and breakfasts? We love our fellow bed and breakfasts but how we are different is that we are building a community by partnering with other businesses in the community where we will be located to bring our Light B&Bers plenty to do during their visit with us.
- What set our pop ups & in house services a part? Our healing meditation and yoga sessions by the water, our custom made pop ups, our delicious yet healthy breakfast and the diverse cuisine options for our pop ups will blow you away.
