I am an artist who believes in the power of adding beauty into our everyday lives.  Even as a shy adolescent, I loved to express myself through bold and different jewelry. As an adult, it is my dream to bring that boldness and creativity to the world of fine jewelry. 

With the vast majority of jewelry stores providing mass produced designs that they believe will appeal to the most amount of consumers, it has become increasingly challenging to find craftsmanship and truly personalized design. Walk into any large jewelry store, and you are likely to see cases filled with same things: solitaires, solitaires with halos, diamond studs, and three-stone rings.

There will always be a demand for basics, but what about the consumers who want something that reflects them? Men and women alike want meaningful pieces that not only hold personal sentiment, but that also represent them as individuals. 

At Christie Sailors Jewelry Studio, I will be creating one of kind jewelry pieces from high quality, ethically sourced materials that can be worn a lifetime and passed down to share the beauty with future generations. 

To achieve this dream I will need funding for goldsmithing equipment, supplies such as precious metals and gemstones to build an inventory, and costs for honing my craftmanship. Once a strong business foundation is established out of my home studio, my next goal is to open a store-front.
