Let's Buddy Up!

Backhaul Buddy was created to provide a solution for longstanding inefficiencies in our global supply chain that have resulted in tremendous amounts of waste.  We have grossly mismanaged a system that is the core of our economy resulting in carrier reliability issues, rate increases, missed revenue opportunities, and negative environmental effects.  

Backhaul Buddy will give shippers, receivers, brokers and carriers a place to help themselves by helping others.  A platform of collaboration between all logistic stakeholders that enables the private sharing of shipment data to determine the most efficient use of capacity of an entire region and automates processes to make it easy for users to take action.  In fact, with Backhaul Buddy, collaboration that results in action is rewarded!  Users can earn "Buddy Bucks" and use them to pay for membership fees and/or shipment costs.  

Accomplishing this will have a positive impact on the entire economy and will have a trickle down effect all the way to the air we breathe, as Backhaul Buddy supports sustainability efforts by reducing carbon footprints and emissions. 

Our Company is seeking funding to accelerate the deployment of this much needed solution. We will use the funds to complete the MVP of the application and begin our beta testing phase.  We will also use it to start our marketing campaign and hire an employee to aid in our success.

Chief Executive Officer - Janel Johnson, Owner of Otter Logistic Solutions for past 2 years, 3 additional years in the corporate trucking industry, over 10 years providing a variety of software solutions to Montana businesses, experienced team builder

Chief Information Officer - Gary Carson, Over 4 years experience helping Montana businesses
increase sales and acquire customers through web deign and digital marketing campaigns.

Director of Marketing - Doug Mclsaac, Founder of several online and offline companies over the
last 25 years, 25+ years experience as a professional business coach, leader of many marketing
campaigns and strategic planning for multiple startups helping Thought Leaders develop and
market their product or service the right way to get results

Chief Financial Officer - Desiree Morgan , Masters degree in Accounting and Business Management, 6 years experiences aiding companies in making strategic financial decisions that are contusive too
profitability and growth.

Chief Experience Officer - Karen Lanciotti , Over 20 years experience as a Customer Success
Manager in several industries, proven record of building and training teams to provide exceptional partner support.
