What makes your Kneebak Pillow different from any other back pillow?
The Kneebak Pillow is shaped unlike any other pillow on the market today. It is not only a wedge shape, but also a trapezoid shape, and also has a curved neck cut out. This shape allows for use in different places in a variety of positions that help relief specific areas of pain.
What is the Kneebak Pillow made of?
The Kneebak Pillow is made from polyurethane foam #6 density, so it is firm yet compresses when leaned into, so it supports you rather being too soft.
How does it work to support my upper back and neck?
The Kneebak comfortablly holds your neck when it is placed behind your head and placed at the top of your car seat in the space between the seat and headrest. By leaning into it, your neck is gently supportted and re-aligned into its natural curve which is a backwards "C". As you lean forward and let the Kneebak drop behind your upper back, you lean back and it gives you a massage that releases compression.
Can I travel with the Kneebak Pillow?
Yes, absolutely! It is perfect for traveling in an airplane when you sitting in the middle seat. It can be placed under your knees to lift you leg and stretch your low back muscles. It can be placed behind your neck and when you nap it will keep your head from falling forward. It's great in car or traveling in an RV, when the seats are back it is perfect to hold your head at just the right angle.
How do take it with me when I travel?
The Kneebak Pillow has a handle with snap-on buckle that makes it easy to snap on your backpack, briefcase or carry-on. Never leave without it!
How do I know what size will be right for me?
The Kneebak Pillow is available in 3 similar shapes that come in small, medium or large. Each one is slightly thicker and wider making it scalable to your specific pain needs. Placing the small behind your neck and the medium or large under your knee will provide a 2-point or 3-point therapy system that brings you the maximum comfort while in a seated position. Is there a Kneebak Pillow that can be used in bed?
Yes, the medium or small Kneebak can be used in bed especially to stretch out the sleepy cramped feeling when you wake up. By placing either pillow on its "back" standing with the arms facing up, you can lie down with your neck in the curved cutout and let your head hang over to stretch out "crick" in your neck This helps you start the day feeling refreshed!
What is the best size of pillow to use in my office chair or recliner?
The Extra Large Kneebak Pillow measures 18" wide and has wedge shape design as well. Placing it behind your knees to lift both legs will immediately stretch your low back muscles. By flexing your legs one at a time, up and down, you not only stretch your back muscles but also allow for isometric movement that increases blood flow to your legs.
If using the Extra Large Kneebak in your recliner, be sure to place the closure side towards your back to support your low back and fill the gap at the base of the chair. This is an area where most chairs fail in supporting the low back.
