Who here has Eczema? Who here cares about feeling beautiful, confident, and powerful? Who here is willing to sacrifice unsafe products to achieve this? Well you don’t have to.  Hello, my name is Levon Handsome and I am the Co-Founder of Joe-Le Soap LLC. Joe-Le Soap is minority owned, family owned, woman led,  all-natural skincare line based out of Charlotte NC, including soaps, body butters, and hair butters ranging from $4-16. Our products are available through our website and through our consignment retail shop center city Charlotte. Our target customers are men, women, and children of all 
ethnicities, who have Eczema, Skin Cancer, skin disease, skin sensitivities, or customers who want to have better skin naturally.  Secondary segments are vegan, organic, natural, and eco-conscious. Joe-Le Soap started passively in 2018 after years of frustration and disappointment with retail purchases that led to skin irritation. My partner has Skin Cancer and Non-Hodkin's Lymphoma, and I have Eczema and Alopecia.  Our conditions, coupled with our frustration in the marketplace led to a series of experimental soap making sessions in our kitchen.  Later body butters, and then hair butters.
In 2020 after the Pandemic, our business pivoted from a passive to full-time business due to the hyper-awareness on hygiene, and due to my lay-off in corporate food sales. As tough as losing my full-time job was, it created an opportunity for growth for our business. Immediately after I stopped working, our sales increased 1.3k%. By this time, we had a full skincare line that now included lip conditioners. 


The two founders' conditions opened up a hidden market. 30% or 31M Americans have Eczema, 4.3M have Basal Cell and Cell Carcinomas (Skin Cancer), 200k have NHL, and countless others have unreported skin sensitivities. This customer segment has a need for our product line that is 
artificial ingredient free, non-drying, and safe.  75% of our customers have Eczema.  This in turn stabilizes our customer retention rate, which is currently at 45%.  What sets us apart from the competition is that our products improve our customers’ conditions, and we have 70 published testimonials to support that through our website and through Google. We provide a solution to the problem as opposed to a BandAid.  Joe-Le Soap provides products that are hand-made, plant-based, and cold-processed. All of our packaging and paper is used with recyclable and eco-friendly materials.  Unlike our competition, our products contain no sulfates, phthalates, parabens, no difficult words, no fillers, no harsh chemicals, and no mystery cocktail of fragrances to lure you in, yet dry you out.  Our proprietary recipes effectively treat Eczema, as opposed to tolerating it.

Our current revenue streams are at 20k annually, but have the potential to yield 5x that over the next year.  Our existing revenue streams are D2C commerce, our website, our consignment retail shop, and our 3 private label beauty supply agreements. Potential revenue streams are military commissaries, hardware stores, government contracts, drug stores, and local and big box retailers. Our team consists of myself - co-founder and principal majority owner, my husband - co-founder / COO, my stepdaughter – brand strategist, my mother – product manager, and my stepfather –
production manager.   The Joe-Le team is uniquely qualified by bringing product, brand, and monetization expertise from our backgrounds in corporate America, and our personal journeys with skincare. 


We have a product line that is in high demand for 36M Americans, with serviceable available market of 4.3B, we estimate at only 20% of this market against our competition, we have a  total available market of 860M in sales potential. What we are asking for today is an investment towards our goal of $500k for staffing, production plant expansion, advertising, distribution vans, and raw materials.  Our goal is to use our skin troubles to help Americans improve theirs.  Eventually we’d like to help the world’s.  And we have a business model and story that resonates with our bas, which is proven through our social media following.  We just need your help financially.
