Companies with all-white male founding teams received 86.3% of venture dollars at the seed stage, All Black-founded companies (irrespective of gender) received only 1%; & Fast Company estimates that the combined share of Latina and Black women founders’ #venturecapital was only slightly over 1%. We see that rate decreasing as there has been an attack on minority investment funds and most funding has halted due to these legal suits.

Whether it's a VR travel experience, or an escape room, the sights, sounds, and even the food transport you far from your everyday surroundings.

Moreover for the experience embraces the popular trend of capturing moments in Instagrammable installations, allowing visitors visitors to both enjoy the environment and share their memories on social media. This interaction introduces a virality element, extending the influence of both the Womanish experience and its community.

The Problem

Our immersive experience and community solve the problem of isolation and lack of support that many women face in their lives. In today's fast-paced and digitally connected world, women often find it difficult to build meaningful connections, seek guidance, and find a safe space to share their experiences. Our platform bridges this gap by providing a vibrant and inclusive community where women can connect, learn, and grow together.

Our idea is to build spaces, and technology, specifically designed to support women and foster community. We find under-utilized retail spaces in high traffic locations. We then redesign them, creating an immersive social club that offers workspace, an event space, and amenities for women as well as a kitchen / bar space. We then offer memberships to our guests. We give every member the tools to build community online and offline.We see this as the new operating system for community in the remote-first world.

When we have succeeded, Womanish will be the number one community for millennial and gen z women both online and offline. We will have created a world that is more connected. Our vision for the future is one where every woman can easily access the necessary resources and support to excel in her career or entrepreneurial journey. Our vision is not just about individual success, but about creating a positive ripple effect that will impact the community and the world at large.
