Startup Peel Community’s Mission is to empower Women who want to startup and scale up their business from ideation into all levels of success.  This year, Startup Peel Women Entrepreneurship second Pilot Program will support 100 women entrepreneurs to start and scale thriving businesses through education, training, mentorship, support and resources.

Our first pilot program onboarded a small group of Canadian women led companies and after great success, we are scaling the program into the North American market to include a full Online learning portal with Industry partner perks.

We are solving the area of Underserved Women who fell through the cracks trying to obtain training, funding, mentoring and true sponsorship to become a success.

The market size for our opportunity is a vast as the business opportunity itself.

Our remote training program will help women who are marginalized but can take their business idea and make it a reality from Cybersecurity Analyst to World recognized entrepreneur.

We are seeking funding to cover a fully integrated platform cost to deliver our programming.  We have covered the costs to speakers, resources and ecosystem access.  10% of funding will be used to cover cost of trainers unable to deliver their services probono.

We have a strong team of Community leaders and supporters led by Melloney Campbell, Founder and Leader for the Startup Canada Community in the Region of Peel.  Our team is brimming with ecosystem partners from Fintech to Social Good.

All backers will be recognized through the project website and in all PR materials to promote the project.  This project will become the catalyst for an annual project to help exponentially more women year after year.
