I Expect Progress

Imagine being a student who puts forth your best effort but still gets failing grades. Imagine being a parent at war with the school because you don’t understand the basics of even having a child with a disability. And now imagine you are a math teacher, providing general education instruction for over 30+ kids in a subject everyone hates. Now, to top it off, you have to constantly change your plans and lessons to provide services to at least 5 children who have multiple learning disabilities. Who do you call; I Expect Progress will help each problem with clear and concise solutions. At I Expect Progress, our goal is to educate families on resources that will impact students with positive educational outcomes. This goal will impact students, educators, and families to get on one accord. We provide educational advocacy support services for families and educational consultation services for education professionals. This opportunity the market size is across America, every school services students with special needs, every student has a parent who could use guidance through the process. Some teachers don’t know how to provide special supports for children with special needs. Our services are for families as well as the school system. Our goal is to bridge the gap and build the foundation needed to hold a strong team working to achieve the same goal. We are seeking funding to pay for tutors, mental assessments, therapy sessions, and advocacy support. We are also trying to establish a resource center to provide technology to students outside of school during our summer camp and after-school programs. The team currently has 6 advocates, a bookkeeper, and an assistant.
