Project Description
“The Herban Farm” will be a Fast-Casual Eatery that offers a crate-to-plate, seasonable experience for the five senses, ground-up fully sustainable, zero waste, energy-independent with a drive-through. Serving the highest quality, local and healthiest ingredients to its customers. “The Herban Farm” will be a completely sustainable eatery. What does that mean? It means we take a circular economy approach.
We are seeking our funds for our first phase of buying a large piece of equipment, GREENERY S, the shipping container farm. Please review the Greenery S Below, by the manufacturer Freight Farm.

"I have always loved fresh food and gardening. I wanted to be a chef until life took me in a different direction, only to bring me back to my passion for food, cooking, and access for all. In my experience as a Chief Operations Officer at a company that works with Fortune 1000 corporations looking to become a more sustainable organization, we do this with utilities to generate utility-scale renewable power as well as Municipalities to utilize a select finance vehicle to achieve sustainable community goals otherwise impossible reach within conventional methods. Because of this knowledge I have gained, I can NOW be the change that I seek.
My goal is to service the United States, one container farm at a time and globally wherever I can, to impact change. There's no need to choose between profitability and sustainability – the two go hand in hand. It's perfectly possible to achieve both. The Herban Farm is a hydroponic farming company that provides the highest quality Local Herbs and Vegetables to the communities in Southern California 365 days a year!"

As we get funded and move to Phase two we will hire a farmer, to farm the container, and we will staff the HErban Farm Eatery as needed.
