PURPOSE, PASSION, MISSION

The (new) mission of Queen J Consulting is to help small business owners operationalize their business, build better workflows and uncover hidden revenue opportunities.

I've been self-employed for over six years and built a successful six-figure business. I am a customer success operations consultant and helped business-to-business tech startups develop and build their customer success operation.

However, my small one-woman niche consulting business was suddenly affected by COVID-19.

When the pandemic hit, consultants and contractors were the first to go by tech companies to preserve revenue for the employees and prepare for the uncertainty of the pandemic impact. 

I suddenly found myself without income and clients. I quickly had to get a full-time job to keep a roof over my head and pay the bills and was lucky to find one.

Then a few months later, I was laid off.

Recently, I decided to change focus in my business after an experience at a spa.
I realized the missing opportunities for the company and approached the owner with an idea. 

The idea was to introduce the 'customer success' program used primarily in the software tech industry to help the company increase revenue and customer loyalty. 

In short, the owner saw a 160% increase in revenue due to implementing the customer success program, which included introducing membership subscription plans and other customer engagement perks. 

I'm asking for your help to help me expand and market my services to small business owners in the health, beauty, wellness, and fitness industry to start.

I found my new passion working 1:1 with small business owners and entrepreneurs directly. 

How You Can Help Make an Impact

The money from this campaign will be used for growth initiatives such as marketing, rebranding my business, and advertising. I will also offer free consulting services to one small business owner per month impacted by the pandemic.
