We have two missions for our company. Our company's main mission is to produce happy, healthy and sustainably responsible natural high end beef, bison & bison hybrid meat and natural handmade tallow skin care products for our customers all across the United States along with educate and encourage others about the agriculture industry. Our second mission is to build up & help small businesses, hobby farms, farms & ranches become successful & THRIVE in their Life & in Business.

Our business is focused on providing the best beef, bison & bison hybrid meat in the country to consumers from all over the United States. As our great country continues to see a shift and struggle in the food industry, leading to food shortages and limiting opportunities of finding true high quality meat that's sustainably & responsibly raised. We found a major need to provide that service to consumers in opening up our ranch to not only more opportunity but to help ensure consumers all over the United States have options for food services. To also help provide more convenience to our customers, we ship our orders out weekly to continue to not only help in convenience but save our customers time & money as gas prices continue to inflate all over the country.

Since 2020 when Covid-19 hit the world, we have seen a continued decline in supply, an increase in demand and an increase in inflation. Because of these factors it has become difficult for consumers to afford high-end responsibly raised meats, afford the fuel to drive and find the time to shop for groceries to find they have only limited options...especially for the major populated areas throughout the country. Our focus is to help provide our customers and communities with food but also in the future jobs as we expand our ranch and business.

Year after year we continue to see a decline in Agriculture not only in the USA but all over the world. We continue to see a decline in small businesses and family businesses as family members and partners lose interest or the business operates in the red and can no longer survive. Agriculture and Small business has become an anomaly to many as we see this decline and we can't bare to see that happen. Businesses continue to operate in a more traditional atmosphere with negativity and dictator-like operations along with financial illiteracy and its typically because of those two main factors that they run inefficiently and eventually fail. From years of a vast array of experience and education, we have created an online coaching course to help small business owners, farmers and ranchers thrive in their lives and business. We dismantle their fears, hesitations and doubts so they can live abundantly and happy. We constructively unveil their communication barriers and break apart their finances so they can willingly open up and interact effectively in turn feeling free to communicate about their finances and business. We help them find their market, brand themselves and market their business in a way they haven't ever before so they can thrive in confidence.

According to the Service Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) there are 28.8 million small businesses in the United States, 19% (5.5 million) being family owned, 50% of those businesses fail within five years and only 30% of the family owned businesses survive the transition from the 1st generation to the second generation. On top of these general small business statistics, farms and ranches have been in a steady decline for decades. Just since 2000 to 2022, the United States alone has seen a decrease of over 164,000 farms and ranches going out of business in just 22 years. Agriculture is literally dying in not only the US but all over the world. 

While there are several factors into the reasons why these businesses and agriculture operations are going out of business, we noticed a consistency among the main factors. Among these factors is inconsistent commodity prices and increased production costs which also lead to uncontrolled financials. Financial troubles are something most businesses deal with at some point, however we have seen several companies have a common factor that they are either financially illiterate or refuse to take control of their finances in turn leading to bankruptcy, failure and other personal issues such as depression, anxiety and sometimes self-harm. 

We want to help people, families and businesses thrive in life and in their business. One way we can help do just that is provide an important service to others with a training course covering everything they need to be successful. This course will cover everything from Mindset Mastery - Conquering your Fears, Building your Confidence and Faith, Business Basics & Planning, Financial Success, Day-to-Day Running of your Business & Organization, Branding, Marketing & Sales, Social Media, Websites, Shipping and more. We understand how challenging the agriculture industry can be, trust us, so we want to give entrepreneurs every opportunity to succeed in every way possible. The more we can help and encourage others in this industry the better and stronger our community and country will be.

We, Trevor and Megan Stark, are so insanely passionate about our ranch, our products and promoting the agriculture industry in such a positive manner that we want to get out there to everyone! Being a First Generation Small Family Regenerative Ranch it can be challenging to expand at the pace we envision in order to be successful. Our expansion plans are innovative, aggressive and much needed in our industry to promote, enhance and preserve our agriculture. Rest assure that any and all funds received would be responsibly and wisely utilized to do a few specific things, here is what we plan to do: 

1. Improve and expand our livestock facilities to better accommodate and enhance our livestock's experience and make it safer not only for our livestock but for us too.
2. Purchase more agriculture land to expand our grazing and future farming operations practicing and promoting regenerative agriculture to improve and preserve the land in a positive manner. In turn, also giving us the opportunity to become closer to our vision of being a sole sourced operation. 
3. Improve the genetics of our livestock and grow our herds (beef, bison and bison hybrid) so we can be able to accommodate more consumers across the country. 
4. Aggressively market our business (both the meat & skin care business and the coaching business) via online marketing along with partnerships with large influencers and other businesses.
5. Expand our team to hire quality & rad team members to improve sales, marketing, customer experience and so much more!
