Welcome to Divine Arte’s first funding campaign! We are grateful to be here; dreaming big and empowering our community to do the same.
Who are we?
Divine Arte is a wearable wellness brand that brings together style and good vibes. We handcraft unique quality products in the ATL specializing in an exceptional shopping experience that you feel good about from the inside, out. Our mission is to inspire and uplift through art and wellness.
Why did we started the company?
We launched in 2018 because our founder Ri saw a lack of mental health and wellness conversations happening in her community. People dealing with domestic violence, childhood trauma, anxiety, and mental illness is something that is very common where she grew up. Her own traumatic experiences led her on a path of healing and spirituality. She found her purpose in empowering others to heal through art, making it approachable, educational, and empowering.
Is there actually a market for this?
YES! The cool thing about our growing company is we tap into two global market that increase in value each year, the global wellness market with a value of 4.75 trillion and the 330 billion dollar global jewelry market. Focusing on e-commerce (which we plan to do) gives use access to these global markets while still being rooted in our community. Under our brand we not only focus on retail, we are big on brand partnerships and local pop up workshops that expand our reach and promotes organic growth.
Why do you need us?
Our company’s wearable wellness is all about our love for gemstones and how we incorporate them into every item in our catalog. We are positively impacting the community with jewelry and products that were intentionally created to uplift and inspire self love, inner happiness, and peace. From our sage bouquets to our unique signature chakra chokers, you feel the love and thoughtfulness in everything. Your experience with us on social media, our website, weekly newsletter, and pop up events will always be about uplifting you.
Why we need you…
We’ve been bootstrapping for 4 years now and though we’ve done some amazing things without funding like NYFW, Summit 21, and retailing in one of the busiest attractions in Atlanta, we are still limited because well...we’ve grown a lot in the past year and we need help getting into a designs studio in order to grow our team. We’ve seen a huge increase in sales, with revenue up by 300% from 2019-2020. We are projecting 40k in revenue for 2021 and to be quite frank doing this from a small one bedroom apartment desk is pretty limiting. A lot of our revenue goes into sourcing quality materials and keeping the design made in house. Growing our team in a proper workspace will give us the space we need to get the work done and continue to create unique quality products at a higher volume. With 25K we will be able to lock in a studio space that will be covered for 12 months, bring on another team member, and showcase our latest collection in Paris Fashion Week 2022.
