Here at 3220 Premium Hair our top 2 priorities are our customers and the quality of our extensions. We pride ourselves on making sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We believe that every woman is beautiful, confident and fierce. Our mission is to enhance the already beautiful woman.

I decided to start my company because of my own personal issue that I dealt with. After I gave birth to my son I suffered from a tremendous amount of hair loss. During this time I suffered from not only hair loss but depression, insecurity, feeling unnoticed and self doubt. So I looked for ways to cover up my hair loss. I decided to try hair extensions and wigs. I wondered if there were other women who may have went through the same issue as me. I researched this issue and according to statistics 60-70% of women suffer from what is known as Post Partum Hair Loss. I was shocked. So I created my company with those women in mind.  The women who may have felt the same way I did when I went through my post partum hair loss. 

With 3220 Premium Hair I want to not only provide my customers with great quality hair extensions that last them years with proper care but I also want to create a space where my customers feel like they are more than just a number. I want to create a community were my customers have a safe space.  That safe space will include Facebook groups where my customers can come and share their stories about hair issues and how 3220 Premium Hair may have helped them with those issues. 

I believe that there is tremendous opportunity for growth because unfortunately there are women out there who not only suffer from post partum hair loss but other health issues that may cause not only hair loss but in some cases balding.  Furthermore, the hair industry is on trend to generate $87.9 billion dollars by 2025.

I am seeking funding for my company because I want to get our name and products out to the masses. My vision for 3220 Premium Hair is to become a household name when it comes to hair extensions and hair products.  Since we are an online company we rely on paid advertising. promotions and marketing through Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok. Funds received will go toward creating more advertising, promotions and marketing. Also funding will go toward website maintenance and potential influencers to help promote my company. 

At this time since we are a seed startup company I am my only employee. However I would like to point out that my website is hosted through Shopify which allows me to use apps in my store that help me tremendously when it comes to setting sales and different promotions
