ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN:

• When will I receive my reward?

  Rewards will be issued after the campaign ends. 

• How long do I have to use my discount?

  You will have 90 days to use your purchase discount once received.

• Are rewards transferrable?

  Absolutely! If you have a woman in your life who may benefit from alternative hair that you'd like to gift your rewards to, go for it!

• Do women lose their hair as much as men?

  • Yes, in fact, according to an article published in September 2022 by Nebraska Medicine, hair loss affects more than 50% of women at some point in their lives and about 80% of women by age 80; that's close to 30 million women in the United States.

• Are cancer and alopecia the only reasons women lose their hair?

  • No, according to the American Academy of Dermatology Assn. millions of women experience Female Pattern Hair Loss (FPHL), or thinning, starting in their 40's, 50's or 60's.

• Do all women who lose their hair wear wigs? 

  • No, surprisingly, most don't even ask for help and suffer in silence. There is an old stigma with wearing wigs, one that people like me are working hard to break, to help normalize wig wearing today.

• Are wigs for hair loss expensive?

  • They can be, yes. Ethically sourced human hair wigs are very costly.  Synthetic wigs are much more affordable.

• Does insurance help pay for wigs for medical hair loss?

  • Some insurance companies will help pay for wigs as "cranial prosthetics", many still do not.
