Project Description
Our ND event Venue team consists of two working class women that are single mothers, Tia and Chavala. Our mission is to provide small event space for people in our community. There is a high demand for event space and affordable event space is necessary for some that want to invest in their experiences. WE WILL BE THE SPACE FOR THEM! There are 117,000 people in North Charleston and all of them have a birthday. So they may at some point want to have a gathering for their own birthday or a family members special day. Our goal is to be the space for them by providing low cost with maximum experience to gain volume in the market until demand increases. ND Event Venue solves the problem by welcoming the celebratory person in us all to have an event with no headaches or issues. We need the funding to maximize our spaces potential by adding some elegant effects and creating the ability to transform the space into what ever is needed. We will also use funding for advertising in our local area as well as surrounding areas, since Charleston is a top destination wedding location. Here's a breakdown of projected cost:
1. advertising- $1500
2.drapery-$500
3.outdoor seating area -$2500
4. 2 month lease payment-$2000
5. electronic lock with remote access-$1000
6.brochures and handouts - $400
7. Photography and videography-$700
