Golden Kulture is introducing natural cosmetic products that will include hair and skin care. The company is creating an e-commerce store to sell our products. The owners of Golden Kulture will provide quality products that will grab our customers attention and build rapport. The company’s business plan will go into depth of the company’s plan to build the business and our projected outcome of the company.

Golden Kulture is formed as a business LLC. Owned by Zuaneisha Davis and Felecia Walker. As an ambitious woman, Zuaneisha and business partner Felecia is providing a mother/daughter duo. We decided to come together on this business idea due to us wanting to create generational wealth while also drawing on the resources and knowledge from each other. This is a suitable partnership because we complement each other and knows each other’s strength and weaknesses. Zuaneisha is ongoing her skin care education and would be a licensed Esthetician in early 2022. She has been to demos discussing the origin of products and ingredients that allows the skin to rejuvenate healthier skin cells. Zuaneisha obtains an undoubtable knowledge of skin care, pays attention to detail, and creativity. Felecia has a certification in cosmetology. She has divine knowledge and skill in marketing, the hair’s anatomy, and products that promotes healthy hair growth. Felecia obtained her cosmetology license in 2013.

Problems that may occur within our business is incoming customer traffic, not meeting deadlines and our sales quota for products. The solution we’ve came up with for not receiving incoming customer traffic is promoting the company and marketing. A solution for when our deadlines aren’t met would be to offer promotional discounts and free samples of new upcoming products so that the customer isn’t missing out.

The keys to success for our company would be customer satisfaction hassle-free returns and discounts. The quality of our products to keep customers coming back would be providing all natural ingredients which will create a refreshing look.

At Golden Kulture, while all our products would be natural, we wish to deliver affordable products to our customers. We understand that being an affordable company will allow us to reach a wider audience. Golden Kulture stands out from others by providing products that are natural and replenishes the skin and hair without causing tension. Furthermore, we would also create products for customers who have allergies to most ingredients that are commonly found in most cosmetics. Golden Kulture will sell affordable quality skin and hair care products. Golden Kulture is a brand that is designed to create and introduce tailor-made products. Our website will include a questionnaire to assist the customer in choosing the right products for their skin and hair. Currently, this trendy product found in Skin Inc. and Mielle are great but doesn’t offer any products that excludes ingredients that most customers are allergic to. As stated before, these products will be unique to my area/audience because we are providing a selection of products that excludes active ingredients that can trigger the allergies of our customers. Furthermore, by creating a cruelty-free product line. We are also creating a change by taking a stand against testing products on animals. Golden Kulture leads to more mindful beauty practices.

Golden Kulture will stand out against our competitors by striving to create advertisements that would appeal to our customers. Golden Kulture will create products specifically for our niche consumer group. Our product formulas will be noticeably different from theirs.

Golden culture is focusing on the Millennials and Gen Z which includes college students as well. We noticed that these two generations are highly focused on the image and are dedicated to healthy hair and skin. They take pride in their image, and therefore we chose these two groups as our target audience. Since these two groups are our targeted audience, we will be using social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat, to catch their attention.
