GLUTEN FREE VEGAN FOOD TRUCK MADE WITH LOVE

 I am working on expanding my catering company Soul Love Cafe Llc. I invested in a mobile food unit that I am reconstructing myself. I am a person with celiacs, so I have a limited diet but did not want to be limited to great food. I have a gluten free vegan business that I launched last year with the exceptions of a few meat options. I am seeking funds to help grow my business and invest in repairs, employee's payroll and inventory. Soul Love Cafe LLC is a business that I have built from the ground up and will pass the fruit of it on to my children. my target audience is all ages and groups that would life to treat their pallets and enjoy without missing a beat on food enjoyment and folks that are of VEGAN, VEGETARIAN AND GLUTENFREE and for a respectable price. I find it hard to come across  a great breakfast , lunch, dinner and snack at a reasonable price when I'm not at home. I always find myself craving my own food and meal prepping my lunch for work even though I work at a restaurant . I am working to get my mobile food truck up and running, then invest in land from the profits and start a agricultural business and produce my own fruits and vegetables that will in return be used for the food truck.  I have a few youth non profits here in Washington that I intend to donate to and build up with a percentage of profits and employee youths here in Washington as the company grows.
