As a company that focuses primarily on the empowerment of women, we felt it was crucial to still hold our annual event despite these unprecedented times. Going into our 5th year, now more than ever we need each other to stay strong, connected, and support one another. Over the last few years, portions of our award show proceeds have gone directly to our charity, Big Dreams for Her. An organization that serves and supports young ladies through education, music, and leadership training.

This year, we have partnered with The Blueprint Co to create the PowerHered Up Fund. TBC is a business consulting firm that has funded over $7M in working capital to business owners & minority entrepreneurs across the U.S during Covid. Together we are pulling our resources and serve women entrepreneurs who have been directly affected by COVID-19. The funds will be allocated through our application and qualification process. We identify problem areas and inject capital to sustain the business.
