The problem is that most of the resources available are geared towards men and don't consider the unique challenges facing female entrepreneurs. This leaves many women feeling lost, overwhelmed, and discouraged by their lack of progress. I've been there before too! That's why I created this community for women who want to turn their dreams into income in a world full of distractions and stop living other people's dreams. We will show you how to identify what your dreams are, help you develop tools that will help you share it in a way that makes you multiple streams of income from it, and help breakdown and destroy the scarcity mindset that queens need to compete, and build on inspiration and motivation of sisterhood.

Mychelle Bell is a leadership mindset consultant, team builder, and coach with over 10 years in experience in the law enforcement industry where she specialized and served in mindset transformation, leadership training, and team building roles. She has worked in large auditorium to classroom settings giving transformational results to each company for the customized services needed. Ms. Bell specializes in mindset transformations, next level leadership and management, and team building skills that are necessary to be successful leaders as well as save lives in their industry. Ms. Bell also coaches leaders and supervisors on how to achieve next level personal results. She has a passion for developing others and seeing people grow into the leaders they were intended to become and create generational influence that is passed down. Ms. Bell was born and raised in Miami, Fl. She was a state correctional officer for 4 years, a federal correctional officer for 4 years, and now currently serves as in the United States Air Force as a Sargent Military police officer at Homestead ARB, FL. She has her Certification as a Business Specialist from Miami Dade College, her leadership training certification from Airmen leadership school of the Air Force and is an Assistant Field Training Officer.

Ms. Bell is a single mother of one son, and she currently lives in Homestead, Fl.
