"The Ashley's Fitness Party company is a fusion of urban-style workout programs that encourages having fun during your workout, and health and wellness workshops and webinars for weight-loss and life longevity."

We are not in the idea stage or in the start-up stage, however, our company has managed to break even for the last several years and we aspire to make more profit. We need contributions in order to advance more opportunities and services to under-served communities. Under-served communities have been those hit hardest with the COVID-19 pandemic and lack of proactive fitness, health and wellness programs, is a big reason why this is the case."

 

MISSION

The Mission of the Ashley's Fitness Party company is to solve health and fitness issues in the local and national community through free or low-cost fitness classes and health initiatives and informational forums. We are here to keep the peace in our community through health and fitness, for individuals that are threatened by COVID-19, chronic diseases and bad health and diet.

We will continue to provide daily/weekly virtual classes, health webinars, COVID-19 friendly in-person workout classes, and weight-loss seminars. In addition, Ashley's Fitness Party supplies nutritional and supplement counseling.

The Ashley's Fitness Party company also plans to provide free services through our non-profit branch for our Single Mothers Only exclusive fitness and aerobics programs. This program is geared towards providing opportunities for single mothers in under-served communities to stay healthy and fit for the sake of their life and their children's lives.

HOW ASHLEY'S FITNESS PARTY STARTED

You’ve seen Ashley live on CBS 46 ATLANTA Good Morning Show, her online presence has gained millions of global views organically. Her classes were aired for national television. Ashley has been a guest on WWWE 1100 AM Atlanta, HITS 92.3 Atlanta, and WTAL Miami. In 14 years of operation, annual sales have increased by 60 %. 

AFP was formed by Ashley in Maryland in June 2006. In the first year of business (2006), a combination of activities involving fitness classes, personal training & children’s fitness programs brought gross sales to reach approx. $50K USD for that year (2006). The company experienced steady growth since incorporation in February 2012, under the name Esteem Forward Enterprises, Inc. 

SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES

The Ashley's Fitness Party company is still in its building stages. We are not in the idea stage or in the start-up stage, however, our company has managed to break even or the last several years and aspires to make more profit. We need contributions in order to advance more opportunities and services to under-served communities. Under-served communities have been those hit hardest with the COVID-19 pandemic and lack of proactive fitness, health and wellness programs, is a big reason why this is the case.


The company’s long-term objective (within the next three years) is to increase activity in all divisions and to achieve annual gross profit, of conservatively $300K USD by 2023. Its short-term objective is to maintain a sales level of $100K USD per year. 

We plan to begin to accomplish this goal in a reasonable time-frame through these following activities:

CLASSES

  • In the last 10 years, 80% of Ashley's Fitness Party gross income has been from classes, personal training and events.
  • To adjust to the new COVID-19 restrictions and regulations, Ashley's Fitness Party has turned majority of its classes into virtual classes. 
  • Ashley's Fitness Party offers RSVP only small in-person classes for those in the inner-city Atlanta area.

VOD

  • VOD (Video-on-demand) sales of Sweat.Shape.Party! the full-length workout DVD available for digital download.  It includes four great high-energy cardio workouts!   • VODs are going to have a large impact on the overall net profit of Ashley’s Fitness Party company.  At a minimum sales rate of $5.99 per unit, the AFP Brand would make a gross profit of $2.9 million USD, with 500,000 sales.

Amazon Kindle Book Sales

  • The Ashley's Fitness Party company has just released an 80-page book for new fitness instructors building a fitness brand from the ground up. This book has just been released September of  2020. It's called Take the fear out of teaching fitness classes, and earn more money today!
  • The book is available on Amazon Kindle for $9.99.

The Ashley's Fitness Party company will need contributions outside of classic bank loans to attain it's goals. Contributions from the community will help to keep classes at a very low cost for the under-served communities that it serves.

MAINTAINING THE BRAND

We will expand the campaign around ASHLEY’S FITNESS PARTY™. This will allow the public to build relationships with it via Ashley's life story and her love and passion for health and wellness. Once the public relations push has started, we will then implement several different activities and events to strengthen connections, and over time this will help continue to establish the brand. 

Philanthropic and community relationship building events: As stated above, we will structure events to support community relationships, not only for your professional community but abroad. Since Ashley's Fitness Party has already built and nurtured various relationships over the duration of its existence, our goal is to expand and increase the value of these relationships.

PHILANTHROPIC AND NON-PROFIT GOALS

 

Another branch of the Esteem Forward Enterprises, Inc. company is our non-profit organization. Our non-profit organization raises money in order to provide completely free services to single mothers, who have young children and are unable to afford fitness and health services that focus in on weight-loss to prevent disease and healthy-eating.

Our single mother's program is called SAZZY Single Moms.

Other Philanthropic and community relationship building events:

As stated above, we will structure events to support community relationships, not only for your professional community, but abroad. Since AFP has already built and nurtured various relationships over the duration of its existence, our goal is to expound and increase the value of these relationships, as well as obtain new and more lucrative relationships such as:

    • Political and Social Causes (NAACP, Youth Vote, etc.)
    • PSA Campaigns (HIV awareness, March of Dimes, etc.)
    • Mentoring and Apprenticeship programs (Boys & Girls club, Tied to Greatness, Big Brother/ Big Sister, etc.)
    • Special Outreach Campaigns (Entertainers for Education, Literacy programs, Keeping Performing Arts in Public Schools Campaign, etc.)
    • National Advocacy Participation (EADD, etc.)

OUR TEAM

At the moment, there are four employees on the payroll; one permanent and three contractors.

The team consists of Ashley Johnson the owner of Ashley's Fitness Party and 14-year veteran to the fitness industry.

Charity Brown is a Senior Business Consultant and Strategist with 19 years of experience and Lean Six Sigma certified. 

Mark Goldman is the co-owner, alongside Ryan McCormick of the Goldman McCormick PR and Marketing Firm, with over 20 years combined experience in the television and radio industry, and marketing and public relations.

Because of our current COVID-19 pandemic, the Ashley's Fitness Party brand has suffered greatly in clientele and is rebuilding. We are unable at the most to take on a classic bank loan, but are looking to the community for help maintaining our efforts, rebuilding and growing.
