Full Belly Fare is going dedicated GF!

Anyone for roasted red cabbage, sweet and sour cabbage, german cabbage, red cabbage poppyseed slaw, warm red cabbage salad, grilled cabbage caesar, beet and cabbage borscht, or braised red cabbage with roasted oranges?

Hi I’m Lyla Wolfenstein and my company Full Belly Fare is on a mission to make a better world through feeding others. We do it in many, many different ways from helping food scarce families eat, providing a living wage for those who work for us in a warm loving community, and cooking food for individuals or families who are in need of some extra support, including people with a wide range of allergies and illnesses like Crohn's disease and Celiac disease. In fact, we have just signed with a new kitchen rental space, where we can be completely gluten free, avoiding cross contamination without compromising the deliciousness of our food. This is huge and this is why we need your help.

Full Belly Fare is a woman-owned, woman-run local business with 10 years under our belt, and in our hearts, of serving the PDX metro area. With this move, we will be expanding our FBF village to serve individuals and families throughout the United States. Our team cares deeply about what they do, which is reflected in the food and delivery service they provide.  

Here's why we need your help:

• We are moving to a new, dedicated GF kitchen, and moving is expensive!
• We’re launching nationwide shipping, which requires expenditures for  packaging solutions, website revisions, and outreach to get the word to potential customers!
• As a small, local, personalized business, we are challenged by competition with huge national companies that have much greater resources both for marketing and production but whose food is nowhere near as delicious, nutritious and customizable. Still, we are dedicated to staying small and personal!
• We need your help getting these new offerings going, and letting people across the country know that Full Belly Fare exists!
