- Relative Market Size is 50,000 locally and surrounding areas could increase the number. Based on an average opportunity of 10,000 customers per year which could increase with a new name, better equipment, and additional marketing. The self-service car wash business is projected to expand 4.9% by 2028 (businesswire.com).
- By purchasing a self-service car wash gives a customer a DIY approach or full service to appeal to a wider range of economic diversity and could grab more customers. It would provide all-year-round services as I am limited to my home garage that is small and seasonal. Return on Investment is 1 to 2 years. Would increase cash flow for my business to purchase better equipment.
- I am seeking $250,000 in funds = $199,900 purchase real estate property and $50,100 for new signage, upgrade equipment, grand reopening under new name.
- I am an entrepreneur and I am on my own team with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Findlay. I do as much as I can myself to keep costs down.
