Mission: 

Authentic Inclusion is a collaborative consulting firm specializing in providing organizational transformation products, services and advisory processes to historically underserved, disproportionately disadvantaged businesses, organizations, and entities.

Specializing in areas such as public health, healthcare, health equity, business development and expansion, with expertise in project/program management etc.

Vision Statement:

Curation of a national conglomerate of subject matter experts focused on improving the accessibility and development of organizations focused on holistic well-being and equity in underserved communities.

Our goal is to improve health and wellness with a holistic, systems-thinking process in every aspect of the collaborative consulting engagement.

What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? 

As Public Health and Racial Inequity concerns relevance has taken to the forefront of our country's conversations, funding opportunities have become more desirable and available for organizations that focus on serving individuals that have historically been underserved. Realizing this was a space where there is a disparity to access, capacity, and education, Authentic Inclusion LLC has intentionally created a niche to disrupt the cultural and practices of many funding institutions across the US. Oftentimes those in our target audience do not have the people or funding capacity needed to research, develop and implement, create proposals or hire an individual with this as their primary role. Authentic Inclusion intends to remove that barrier by offering our collaborative consulting processes and holistic, collective resources to improve their opportunities for success.

Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?

This grant would accelerate my business not only by providing our first grant received but it will also help to develop our voice in communities across the country. Word of mouth and contact marketing are currently driving the interest of Authentic Inclusion, however we would like to expand employment opportunities and create a path to sustainability. Women owned minority business are leading across the US in creation, however many are failing within the first 2-3 years due to access to financial backing and money management comprehension. I would like to use this grant to not only achieve success as a business owner but work to help other small minority owned business owners find their pathways to success.
