EP Gluten Free Bakery Startup!
We are raising funds to open a celiac safe, allergy-friendly bakery in Pepperell, Massachusetts!
Project Description
- Our mission is to provide bakery items to people that usually have trouble finding things that are safe for them to eat.
- There aren't very many exclusively gluten free bakeries out there, especially ones that focus on other dietary restrictions.
There are around 33 MILLION people in the United States with food allergies, which breaks down to 1 in 10 adults and 1 in 13 children.
EP Gluten Free Bakery is focused on serving people with food allergies, sensitivities and autoimmune diseases and giving them delicious small-batch alternatives that help them enjoy baked goods once again.
We are seeking funding so that we don't have to acquire debt financing pay for the initial buildout of the commercial kitchen in our location, along with getting the equipment and ingredients to start our bakery as soon as possible.
- Leah Cameron, along with a few knowledgeable and amazing staff, will run the bakery and interact with customers each day!

Frequently Asked Questions:
- When are you going to open? Our launch is set for 1/1/2024, but if we get funded sooner and get all the logistics worked out we will definitely be opening earlier!
- Where will you be located? 49 Main Street in Pepperell, MA
- What will your hours be? Tuesday-Saturday 9-3, with extended hours on Fridays
- What allergies will you be catering to? Everything will be Celiac-safe/Gluten Free, Egg Free & Dairy Free. Most things will be Nut Free, Peanut Free and Soy Free, with extra precautions regarding cross contamination. Nothing used to prepare recipes with peanuts or tree nuts will be used for anything else and will only be made when customers are not in the building to provide maximum protection.
- What type of coffee will you have? We will have hot coffee and cold brew with the possibility to have teas later on. There will not be an espresso bar at this time.
