KINAPURE
The Kinapure brand is founded by a registered nurse, chronic care manager and mother who has 10+years’ experience in the healthcare industry. In addition to that, the products are handcrafted, functional and cruelty-free and comprises of the most potent, organic and natural ingredients cultivated and ethically sourced from Africa.
Kinapure was created to remind everyone how our skin testifies to the fact that we are all one! All skin types love our moisturises the same way!
We want to create products that will not only contribute to everyone's ageing and beauty journey. But also, products that will make people feel comfortable, empowered in their own skin at all times/situations whiles being a part of a social cause to protect the environment and its people.
WHY SHEA BUTTER ?
Shea butter is one of the only few raw products that has been found safe and pure, even for use on babies. Shea Butter is also called “Womens’ Gold” because the majority of shea butter makers (and/traders) are women. They call shea butter “their gold” because it gives them the opportunity to work and gain the income they need to support themselves and their families. The Birth of the Name "KINAPURE" : Kina means wealth in the Tampulima language which is native to the Savannah Region of Ghana; where our shea butter is derived from. Pure simply means our processes, ingredients and products are produced under clean, organic, non-toxic, cruelty-free and sustainable conditions. Achieving clean wealth in wellbeing is the best expression of Kinapure.
This is also the foundation of Kinapure where the goal is always to source the most potent, organic and yet simple ingredients which really work whiles giving back to the environment and society.
Kinapure's primary mission is to build a sustainable business that contributes to people's health, whiles impacting the lives of rural women in Ghana through training, support, and the ongoing construction of an ultramodern shea processing center in the Savannah Region of Ghana.

We have a very small energetic team and we employ locally as well as worldwide. We are an inclusive and diverse brand interested in creating an impact in people's lives whilst protecting our communities and the environment.

Kinapure’s raw shea butter is ethically sourced from Ghana where women-led co-operatives are responsible for the collection and processing of our shea nut to its silky-buttery form. Kinapure is equally committed to re-investing in these same women for personal growth, and their long-term well-being.
Kinapure’s primary objective is to build a sustainable business while impacting the lives of rural women in Ghana. We are anchored on three pillars: business, social impact, and environmental sustainability.
THE KINAPURE PROJECT
➵Shea Processing Center: Kinapure’s on-going construction of a Modern Shea Processing Center at Lingbinsi in the North Gonja District of Ghana facilitates our quality control protocols and supports more than a hundred women.
➵Training and Empowerment: Our women benefit from our series of free training and capacity-building techniques including sessions in sustainable business practices, entrepreneurship and how they can leverage their collective talent to share the power of Shea to communities around the globe.
➵Health and Safety: we protect our women from environmental hazards such as snake bites, bees attack, and heat burns associated with shea processing by providing personal protective equipment. We hope to do more and further provide quality healthcare, education, and living conditions for our women and their families.
➵Environmental Sustainability: from applying energy efficient equipment to incorporating recyclable packaging solutions, and many more initiatives, Kinapure is hyper-aware of our social responsibility.

- Where is the construction of the Shea Centre? Answer: Daboya in the Savannah Region of Ghana (WEST AFRICA).
- Can I visit the construction site ? or can I visit the place after it has been completed? Answer: YES! We welcome you with open arms at any stage of our construction and would love for you to visit the Shea Centre as well as interact with our women!
- Is the Shea Centre completed? Answer: No, we are at the roofing stage but with your support, we are hoping to complete it before August and before the rainy season in Ghana so that our Shea Queens can process their Shea Butter in the center and have shelter during the rainy season starting from August 2021.
