Ellements Modeling Agency is about presenting diversity to the industry. With hopes of bringing more collaboration instead of competition. Our mission is to radiate inclusivity. We want to discover the elements of beauty in all cultures. 

What's The Problem

The fashion & modeling industry is at a major crossroads considering the movements (including BLM) and consumers demand for real action to be taken to close the fashion & culture gap. Industry giants such as The Business of Fashion and The Fashion Network are now highlighting what is next in fashion 2021 and beyond; Inclusivity & Collaborations. The fashion industry is now facing intense backlash for the lack of diversity within their model and executive boards. Although fashion and inclusivity have been popularized marketing narratives by the fashion industry, we have yet to provide resources that offer versatile services.

To be versatile, the following changes should be made:

1.     Inclusivity does not always mean color... It could also mean size, or disability.

2.      Representation is also in the boardroom with executives speaking for people of color. Who is in the boardroom with you? Do they represent the culture they are speaking about? This is how we can educate ourselves on cultures.

3.     Resources are broadly educated, not limited to... For example, if a person of color is modeling for you, does the hairstylists understand how to care for their texture of hair? Does the makeup artists know which products match their skin tone best? If not, are they able to mix foundations without instructions, because their skin may be in between tones?

4.     Hair discrimination is a thing… are you being inclusive of that?

As the fashion and modeling industry reopen globally, their actions may be challenged until adjustments are made. Ellements Modeling Agency is not only about tackling this matter head on by handling business matters of diverse model, providing the necessary resources needed, and hiring diverse staff in their gifting, but we are activists. When you see our contents created through art and photography you'll recognize we create stories that turns awareness into action. 

What We Offer

Ellements Modeling Agency's intention is to maximize the profit within the fashion industry and give back by raising awareness through arts and fashion. We want to collaborate favorably with the leading modeling agencies in the United States and throughout the globe. We have put together a team who will ensure that we meet and even surpass our clientele's expectations. The services we offer are scouting talents, negotiating contracts, representing clients, managing models, advertising talents, and training talents. 

The Location

As we start, the population within Omaha, NE is over 450,000 people. The ideal goal is not only to grow locally, but expand nationally and build partnership internationally. 

THE BUILDING

This location of Omaha is rich in history with modern retail in the Old Market district just across the street. This airy location is at the convergence of major roads, highways and nearby the Eppley Airfield airport. In the central business district (CBD) of Downtown Omaha, there are businesses of all sizes coming together, from tech startups to some of America's most established Fortune 500 companies. The central location in Omaha is about producing an stress free environment while increasing energy and creativity due to its' quality and lighting.

The office spaces includes:

Many don't return to create more jobs for the many artists and designers who are still in Nebraska. This agency is not only representing models, drawing traffic and producing a positive atmosphere, but also, create more jobs for those who study the arts and fashion.

          - to have a place for employed/contracted creatives & specialists

- Network

          - to be able to travel with/without models

          - to build partnerships & network for promotional opportunities

- Purchase Office supplies/equipment

          - office desks

          - computers

          - chairs

          - pens

          - portfolios

          - printer to develop comp cards & pictures of models for portfolios

          - printing paper

          - Covers fees for services and photography for up to 3 months

          - these fees protects the mental health of the models

          - sets goal and affirmations for success

          - creates contents to raise awareness
