elevatEd Classrooms: Reimagine School for 2022-23!

Here's the problem: Communities need trustworthy schools, but most public schools don't have access to the tools and resources to train their Educators to teach more efficiently nor support them to meet the increasing needs of today.

1. Teachers are burnt-out and in "survival mode" - They need support;
2. We have a "National Emergency in Student Mental Health" - Increasing Teacher expectations;
3. We need to "Reimagine School" for 2022 and beyond - If we hope to preserve U.S. Public Schools.

elevatEd Classrooms solves this problem by providing a solution to the Educator professional learning problem that:

1. Provides empathetic support for Teachers from Teachers to increase confidence first, then competence;
2. Trains how to implement research-based teaching strategies to meet students' holistic needs by elevating what Educators do already;
3. Coaches Leaders to design innovative policies for their schools and lead their Whole Educational Community into tomorrow.

• MARKET: There are 800 schools in San Diego County alone. Over half, 52% of which are "High Need" Schools in communities with over 50% of students living in poverty. During the past 2 years, elevatEd Classrooms has partnered with 1.5% of the SD County K-12 Market. Our goal is to work with 4% of our local market + provide remote services to schools throughout the United States.

• FUNDING: We are seeking $50,000 to to ELEVATE and scale our own capacity here at elevatEd Classrooms, so that we can meet the increasing demand and needs of more Teachers, more Classrooms, and more Communities before the upcoming 2022-23 school year.

• OUR TEAM: Led by an actual Educator herself, elevatEd Classrooms is uniquely qualified to provide Teacher Training services. Jaclyn Sarnese, MSEd has a decade of experience in K-12 schools, as a Science Teacher, Policy Advocate, and Instructional Coach. I empathize with our clients because I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to survive a day in the classroom. Because of my industry expertise and my client empathy, I am uniquely qualified to help solve this problem for client school communities.
