Clean Slate Mobile Shower Unit is a 501c3 charity that provides hygiene services to homeless citizens located in the Greater Kansas City Metro and Surrounding areas. Services provided such as shower facilities, laundry facilities and incidental personal use products on the mobile shower for clients.  The mobile shower units will operate on a weekly rotating schedule of locations that are easily accessible to reach the client base while partnering with other organizations and agencies.

Clean Slate Mobile Shower unit will provide clean, sanitary mobile shower units that will be accessible to the homeless population of the Kansas City Metro and Surrounding Areas.  Services provided will include:

1. Shower facilities, sinks and toilets for personal care of clients
2. Laundry facilities for clients to do one load of laundry
3. Products and toiletries for services
4. Meals/snacks for clients during time of service
5. Community resources/referral services for clients
6. Partnership with local mental health agencies, local stylist and other organizations who serve our homeless population.

There are currently no registered mobile shower units that service the Kansas City Metro Area on a regular schedule.   Clean Slate Mobile Shower Unit’s strategy is to offer 3 mobile shower units that will operate within zones in the service area on a daily basis. The Shower Units will be operated by staff that is trained to serve the client base.
