Project Description

We are Larisa Vidovic and Larysa Podhostnik and we are the founders of non-profit organisation Dress for Success in Slovenia. We both started to live in Slovenia in 2019.  Being in struggle to find job in Slovenia we decided to share the mission of Dress for Success here and help the same women as we are. We went through the selection process and finally, after one year we got the franchise of  US non-profit organisation Dress for Success Worldwide. At the moment we launch Dress for Success in Slovenia and asking you for support to be able to establish Free Career Help Centre for women, providing them professional attire and help them achieve their dreams job. We know how it feels struggling to find a great job in the mids of global crisis influenced by wars, coronavirus and male’s leadership. We know that many women here are not able to afford to buy appropriate attire for interview, need support for their outfit and also well-being.  We know that Slovenian women and migrants in Slovenia need this help. Your support will help us to establish free Career Help Apparel Centre for those in need and we will be able to work and help.
