Project Description

The Diversity Production Pro (DPP) is our online training platform dedicated to providing job training skills that will qualify diverse communities for careers in the Artists, Crafts, and Technicians departments of the entertainment trades industry. We provide Vocational training in the trades and skills in alignment with Assembly Bill 1664 Bocanegra/Calderon Film and Television Workforce Development Program. Working in partnership with the California Department of Education (CDE), Career Technical Education (CTE) for the Arts, Media, and Entertainment (AME) division we create apprentice-style programs.

The Diversity Production Pro, not only houses our learning management system, but The DPP provides a direct relationship between creator and consumer radically changing the notion of membership communities with blockchain. By layering in non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain technology, using our platform isn't just this thing members sign up for; we're creating a platform for creators to monetize their projects and films with NFTs.

We are democratizing access and education. The DPP Community’s diverse creative collaborative social group connects film professionals through masterclasses, workshops, and networking, and more. A technical arts education online platform that guides students and instructors through technical trades and film production curriculum created by industry and education professionals for learners of all ages. The DPP job board provides a directory for connecting film arts, crafts, and trades professionals who display their experience, badges, and course completion certifications with the industry. Our community hub provides a network for people who work in the film industry and are beginning or enhancing their careers with our training and education courses. We believe every filmmaker has a voice, and every voice ignites and inspires an audience. The DPP provides a direct relationship between creator and consumer radically changing the notion of membership communities with blockchain. We strongly believe our NFT model can be an alternative to traditional Hollywood funding and will enable new voices to be heard and seen across entertainment by providing access and opportunity.

Why is it particularly important? With the future in mind, we no longer have the luxury of grouping the creative technical arts as mere “electives” in the public school systems, allowing technical illiteracy to slowly deepen and widen economic barriers. With urgency, we recognize that communication is multimodal, and we are equipping communities with the ability to interpret, decode, create and become participants in The 4th Industrial Revolution. Our goal is promote innovation through creativity so that we contribute to the production of critical thinkers and problem solvers.
