Project Description
Covid-19 has completely devastated this country, especially with millions unemployed and forced to pivot their careers. There are thousands of Black Women currently unemployed and underemployed, and feel stuck on how to successfully reenter or level up in their career.
It is my God given purpose to help as many people as possible to attain success in their careers. My transformational career coaching and services help black women land their dream job, so they can live life on their own terms.
I am seeking funding so I can provide my coaching and career services to women affected by the Pandemic Free of charge. I provide life changing, transformational career services that not only helps my client land their dream job, but they are more than confident doing so.
As a 12 year human resources leader and solopreneur that has been unemployed a couple times, I know first hand how to navigate this bleak job market. I coach on shifting mindset, creating a strategic job search, the benefits of networking, the importance of personal branding, imposter syndrome, interviewing skills, and more!
