              Here at Darling Beauty Bar & Company, our mission is to help individuals with problematic skin, enhance natural beauty, and achieve holistic healing hygiene. We use botanical and organic ingredients to formulate skin care and feminine care for the purpose of inclusivity of all skin types. By enhancing natural beauty, we optimize aesthetic results for post operational cosmetic surgery with manual lymphatic drainage massages and create confidence in women with our non-invasive beauty treatments and body sculpting methods. With a clientele base of all shapes and sizes, we customize our treatments so that they are 100% made with you in mind. We hope you feel the magic in our hands with the darling touch! It’s our goal to achieve customer satisfaction with the ability to boost their self-esteem when they leave our facility. While our mission is to help women feel good about themselves with the convenience maintenance services under one roof, our overall vision is to expand and service women across the United States and even globally.

Darling Beauty Bar & Company is an LLC with Eulexus Thomas currently having 100% ownership and operation. As a business, we aim to be the premier beauty bar in the greater Southern California area helping women feel better about themselves from the inside out. Through a unique combination of holistic and non-invasive treatments, we will quickly gain market share. Darling Beauty Bar & Company will provide customers with a relaxing, rejuvenating ambiance where all of their maintenance beauty needs are met under one roof as opposed to our competitors. Our business is an asset to the community as expansion creates both job opportunities and research and development opportunities as we source botanical herbs and oils from local suppliers.

Darling Beauty Bar & Company understands our client base as we have observed their buying patterns. Our peak seasons are months April - September as temperatures warm up and millennial women desire to look their best while they are on vacation. We understand our down season in months October – March will impact our business, but we are determined to stay relevant as we have impeccable marketing strategies in place. Darling Beauty Bar & Company will remain relevant by using campaigns, influencers, and advertising holiday specials. “Summer bodies are made in the Winter!” With that in mind we will offer sauna blanket detoxing and detox body wraps in addition to modifying skincare regimes for dry seasons.

Consistency is vital in surviving within the beauty industry within the first year of business. Some of our keys to success are as follows: reward programs, excellent customer service, special coupons, and a highly developed marketing strategy to display high customer retention rates. As a holistic beauty bar with less than 15 companies listed in the state of California, we are set apart from all other companies. At Darling Beauty Bar & Company our competitive edge is that we offer manual lymphatic drainage detoxing to promote healing and minimal scarring for cosmetic surgery post operational care as our facility currently offers herbal regimes as well as non-invasive treatments.

            As a Limited Liability Company formed by Eulexus Thomas, investors may have questions and concerns about risks associated with high overhead costs at Darling Beauty Bar & Company. If overhead costs are high at $80,000 amount, then we will cover the costs with premium cost of luxury services by serving 54 clients to cover slow days and two days off during the typical work week. We have personally invested $16,000 in training and equipment, but we are currently looking to obtain capital for updated equipment and real estate, better equipment, accounting, and hiring a trustworthy and accountable team to better service our clientele base. Among competitors within the holistic beauty bar industry, many seem to lack the community within the millennial generational pool. Darling Beauty Bar & Company stands against odds with innovative marketing strategies, excellent customer service professionalism, and organization that are not currently offered by a direct competitor. We will provide a serene environment for a variety of rejuvenation services for the booming Southern California population.

            Although Darling Beauty Bar & Company has a home in Southern California, there are several other cities such as Atlanta, Miami, and New York who have adopted such practices. On the East Coast where much of my competition resides, our peak season and down season correspond to similar trends within the industry. However, no threat is posed because there is substantially less competitors on the West Coast and less than 15 within the state of California. Darling Beauty Bar & Company has forecasted the sales revenue in the holistic and medical aesthetic world of beauty, and we project to make 6 figures within our first year of business. In year 1, the business will reach profitability and have achieved a healthy profit before taxes.

To remain relevant within the holistic beauty industry Eulexus Thomas and Jennifer Aceret plans on keeping up with the most current trends as they are developing a vlog called, “Travel & Treatments,” where Eulexus and Jennifer will travel the world in hopes of discovering non-invasive beauty secrets to maintain a youthful appearance among other cultures as indigenous people explicate their definition of “beauty”. This vlog will expand Eulexus’ expertise and add services to Darling Beauty Bar & Company to stay relevant by developing new, inclusive, skills to keep the longevity of Darling Beauty Bar & Co. Jennifer will be blogging, vlogging, shooting content, and editing to curate an impeccable marketing strategy with her divine knowledge and skill in marketing.

Jenni Aceret is a digital creative based in Los Angeles, California. Specializing in digital marketing, content creation and social media strategy, Jenni has 4 years of proven experience growing in-house brands, as well as agency and freelance clients across the lifestyle, tech, hospitality, entertainment, real estate, beauty, wellness and influencer industries. Native to digital storytelling, Jenni is data driven with the ability to analyze data and inform future strategic marketing decisions based on client goals. Jenni is well-versed in organic and paid social media, campaign management, website creation and copywriting. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at California State University Northridge in 2018. Jenni is certified in Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
