A Culinary Guide for Every Home. Volume 1: Brazil

"A Culinary Guide for Every Home” is a guide for every cook. 

There is a growing interest & participation in considering the sources of our food, not only for health but to ensure a standout dish. My goal is to give you an easy to navigate, relatable & educational resource to create unique meals to enjoy, share, and make your own.  Confidently select fresh produce, appropriate grains & spices, and compare cuts & varieties of meats, seafood and vegetable stars-of-the-show. 

This volume is influenced by ingredients, preparation methods & dishes I shared, taught and featured during my stay at Piccola Ribeira of I.C.B.I.E University in Ribeira, Salvador Brazil this Spring. 

Im excited to share the importance each component lends within a dish, the impact of colors & textures to finalize a plate, and my favorite methods to highlight flavors that shine through specific cuisines. 

Funding toward my campaign will go toward resources in editing, printing, & distribution of my book. 

A percentage of proceeds from the sale of “Volume 1: Brazil” will go back to the Instituto de Cultura Brasil Italia Europa 
“ICBIE” Brasil toward materials and resources for student opportunities.
