- Our mission is to provide formation and organizational services to women looking to start their own business or nonprofit but not quite sure where to start. We look to make forming your business an easy process with no hiccups and quick approvals from the IRS. We also look to streamline day to day process to allow women to focus more on their product, cause or service than wondering if their workflows are setup correctly.
- We are entering a market that is full of consultants and vey few with a personal touch. There will be no cookie cutter, one size fits all solution for any client. We look to make personalized recommendations based on industry needs.
- Consulting worldwide is a $5 billion dollar a year industry with North America hold a 40% global share of that market. Texas alone has had a 6% growth in small business and nonprofit formation over the past ten years a trend that continues for at least another 5 years.

- How did you come up with this? - We came up with Karick Consulting after helping form The Black Card PAC, a political action committee in Houston, TX focused on educating black people about upcoming elections and suggestions on who to vote for. The PAC was a part of BLM Houston, and although the people who are in charge of the nonprofit are capable and intelligent, they had no idea of the in nd outs of forming a corporation and what did and did not qualify them as a nonprofit. Helping them filing and receive their 501(c)(3) determination and then their federal 501(c)(4) determination was a great success and that is when I decided I wanted to help others create their dreams.
