Conrick Investments has provided a solution to this nationwide issue by renovating underutilized, sometimes completely vacant properties, and has turned them into dignified spaces for individuals to live. The markets the company has invested in have an even major shortage of housing rentals and are in neighborhoods near the center of the city, mass transit along with highways. The company has also educated other Black individuals on how to balance their finances, so they too can become real estate investors.   Conrick Investments currently invests in Huntsville and Birmingham Alabama. We are in the process of acquiring more units in the Asheville NC.  The company is in need of funding for the acquisition expenses of continuing this project in Asheville.  In Asheville, Conrick Investments plans to renovate vacant units and work with the affordable housing program in the city to provide more units to the community.  With your help, you would be providing support to a Black owned real estate investment group that has plans to eventually become a syndication for other Black investors who believe that real estate is a great path to build wealth.
