At Confident Career Coaching our mission is to empower individuals by helping make informed career and life decisions regarding their trajectory with authority, strength, and poise. 

Whether you’re seeking a new career direction, work/life balance, or need a resume refresher, we can help! We coach and counsel students, professional clients, individuals, organizations, and ex-offenders who aspire to implement change for a brighter future. 

Confident Career Coaching specializes in a coaching style that’s both creative and client-centered. We establish SMART goals with clients based on their strengths and needs. Our certified coaches take a holistic approach to coaching clients towards their goals.

Funding will be used to help those who are unable to cover the cost of the coaching session. We target the under-served, underprivileged communities as well as assist ex-offenders to re-enter the workforce.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.
